Jenny presented some challenging and difficult behaviours that may have discouraged others to engage with her and I can only praise you all for the attention and care that was given to Jenny.

Another element of note that was very helpful was the level of communication that kept me informed often on a daily basis.

I would have no hesitation in recommending St Nicholas Westgate as a unit that offers an excellent standard of care to young people.
